Artwork Description: Though not of Mexican decent, Jeff Otto did run with the Chicanos while incarcerated. He was often amazed by the Day of the Dead themed art created by the other guys, either drawn on paper or tattoo on each other. That inspired him to draw this piece, Dia De Los Muertos.
